Is Alcohol Stopping You From Losing Weight?
In an attempt to reach our weight loss goals, we have to make sacrifices. If we want to achieve quick weight loss, then we need to sacrifice more than others. This means cutting out the guilty pleasures we have and working harder at the gym. Now, if you are like me, you like the occasional alcoholic drink now and then, but alcohol and weight loss do not go well together. Now, keep in mind, each person is different, but if you are serious about losing weight then cutting the alcohol out of your diet for a while will help you even further to reach your goals.
It is not easy to correlate alcohol intake with weight gain, meaning that alcohol itself most likely will not be the cause for significant weight gain, but it certainly does not help matters and here is why it may affect your weight goals. (more…)
